To ensure we continue to recruit only the highest quality talent, our client is now on the hunt for an exceptional Recruitment Manager. Naturally proactive in your approach, you'll find the best possible permanent staff using a wide range of channels, from CV searches, head hunting, advertised responses, referrals and agencies. 

This role requires the holder to work efficiently, quickly and cost-effectively. You'll frequently liaise with members of the shop-floor management team, ensuring the business receives the best in sourcing advice and is fully appreciative of the and procedures involved. The ideal candidate will be from a fast moving recruitment background with experience working within the retail sector.
