As a Regional HR Manager you will support the Regional Controller team to achieve business goals and performance targets via the effective delivery of recruitment, succession and manpower planning, development and ER advice and case management at all levels across the Division.
Delivery of a pipeline of relevant, qualified and screened talent
Manage the process for new starter inductions and review
Ownership of the process for monitoring and managing employee complaints and disciplinary situations
Track and support the Regional Controller team
Management of the process for Succession and Manpower
Delivery of corporate T&D initiatives
Lead a team of two HR Advisors
Undertake all other duties as requested that are within your scope of capability
Ability to quickly establish effective working relationships and influence to achieve results
High level of competence and a commercial approach in the application of employment law principles
Detailed knowledge of Equal Opportunities legislation
Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience gained in a multi site HR role
Full driving licence
Ability to cope with extensive travel and regular overnight stays
Able to provide weekend telephone cover on a rota basis
Exposure in a retail organisation
