THE ROLE
As a Regional HR Manager / HR Business Partner your role is primarily to take responsibility for managing and supporting the delivery of the business and commercial agenda through the delivery and engagement of the HR agenda. In this position you will need to identify and work through the options and considerations of issues and apply knowledge in finding workable solutions. You will represent our client in a positive, motivated and enthusiastic manner in line with their company core values. Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the HR Director with a dotted line into the Regional Manager to achieve great business outcomes
- Coach and develop Area HR Managers to lead their teams in driving capability and talent
- Support the Regional Manager & Area HR Managers on strategic HR and operations initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, briefing and co-ordinating Human Resource projects
- Facilitate management development reviews and management resource planning processes
- Support new store openings and revamps.
- Delivery of HR KPI's in line with the business plan
- Maximise talent to create a diverse workforce
- Strive to maintain and achieve world class employee engagement
- Build relationships and links with divisional/national HR teams to drive national HR agenda
- Inspire and enable teams to take ownership
- Championship business facilitation

- Support and drive a service culture

The ideal candidate will:
- You must be a HR professional with regional experience in a retail environment
- Have been involved in new store openings
- Encourage development and training
- Be a strong self motivated communicator with excellent people skills
- Making things happen and adapting quickly to change
- Not be afraid to challenge and have key influence skills
- Have dealt with performance management issues
