THE ROLE
The role of the HR Co-ordinator is to work with the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR processes by providing competent and consistent administrative support. To enable the HR team to meet the needs of the business by providing accurate, relevant and timely employee data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improves the HR profile within the business by providing Retail operations with focused administrative support to defined high standards
- Promotes the strong HR identity by adhering to the standardised HR processes involved in recruitment, selection, induction, payroll administration, terminations and engagements
- Provides Managers with in store with the coaching and assistance necessary for them to complete relevant HR administrative tasks
- Enables accurate employee tracking by collecting and reporting relevant data
- Ensures accuracy of HR databases and records
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Must have administrative and experience ideally within a HR function
- Comfortable in working in a retail environment
- Must be a good team player
- Focussed on providing high levels of customer service
- Able to be responsive in an operational environment
