Retained Executive Search
Retained Executive Search assignments are our preferred recruitment methods for senior appointments as it provides us with a firm mandate to search the market place, with your express permission.
Executive Search involves us identifying and approaching the very best talent available in your market and presenting them to you, following detailed assessment and screening. Our first task is to identify relevant organisations and individual personnel within them in order to create a comprehensive list of potential candidates.
Following our research, we will create a shortlist of no more than 3 candidates per vacancy, who are both suitable and interested - this this is achieved through our skilled networking and direct approach, using absolute discretion and diplomacy at all times.
Pre-Selection Screening
